I'm Rachel Friend — an attorney, former Mayor Pro Tem of Boulder, and lifelong public servant. I'm running for Boulder County Treasurer because this office is a quiet linchpin for much that we all depend on — from our roads to our schools to our fire departments — and I want to ensure our County operations run smoothly in the background with excellent customer service in the foreground.
